Hello,
To be a band coach you need to have some music experience, and feel comfortable teaching kids some basic skills. Mainly the job of the coach is herding cats. Getting the girls to work as a team to create a song that reflects all of them and uses the skills they have learned throughout the week of camp. Basically a whole lot of patience!
Camp is July 30th-August 3rd. For band coaches, the hours of the day to be at camp will be 12:30-2:00 approximately. You can Find our volunteer application under APPLICATIONS. We really hope to hear from you soon!
