Hi Everyone!

We would like to tune you in on all the fun and informative events we have in store! May is a really rockin’ month for us.

Intuition Ale Works has been so generous — providing their space for our meet-ups/parties and the benefit of the Siren. Their lady-brewed beer titled the Siren Schwarzbier will be provide $1 to GRJ for every pint sold during the month of May (starting on the 5th and ending on the 26th!) Here’s an article on the beer!

May 12th - Audio Ananda is featuring GRJ and Eat Where You Plant Your Feet in  organization of SOAPBOX, a variety show (music, speech, dance) + a vegan/vegetarian potluck at Ananda Kula! This is going to be a fun one! Here’s the fb link.

May 19th - Girls Rock Jacksonville Volunteer Meet-Up at Intuition Ale Works! Starts at 5:30 pm in the brewery bar. Are you interested in learning more about the camp and how to help? This is when/where we’ll give the low-down on GRJ. At this event, you’ll be able to find just how you’d like to participate and be involved at the capacity that your schedule allows. We are going to start getting more word out about what we are doing and why! It’s not all just about tasks and duties, it’s about the campers and the power of our camp’s mission. 

May 26th - GRJ Kickstarter Launch Party at Intuition Ale Works. We’ll announce the winner of the GRJ t-shirt design and have the shirt as one of the project incentives! There are other great pledges that will gift you sweet items like GRJ buttons, GRJ prints, tix to see the showcase at the Florida Theatre, and more! This is also the finale for the Siren that will benefit GRJ! $1 a pint!
